Montevideo

Freelance Photographer Lorenzo Mascherpa takes us to Montevideo - the capital of Uruguay. Montevideo is a very calm city, with a very big coastline which plays a significant part in the mood of the Uruguayans. In appearance, it is a city of the past. Its architecture is very old, and so are the automobiles. Mascherpa has visited the city since 1996 to 2013. He has, documented Italian immigrants and several culture events. In this series of work Mascherpa explores the transparency of every day life.
